Terms of Service for Stasha

1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. We may amend the Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. We will also notify you of material changes via email.
2. The Service
Stasha is a service that helps you track your commit consistency. By connecting your GitHub account, you can select a repository for us to monitor. We will then send you email reminders based on your chosen frequency to help you maintain your commit streak.
3. User Accounts
To use our service, you must authenticate with your GitHub account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your account secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the service may require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. User Responsibilities and Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Interfering with the service's operation.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems.
- Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the code and content within your repositories. We do not claim any ownership over your intellectual property. Our service, including our name, logo, and website content, is our exclusive property.
7. Termination
You can stop using our service at any time by disconnecting your repository from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's reliability, availability, or ability to meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
